EXPERIENCE: I’ve been a licensed Realtor since 1994, 30+ years, starting my career with Pacific Union in Danville. After relocating to San Francisco for a time, I spent five years in Facilities Management, staying connected to my passion for real estate. My career then took me into software development and project management with Providian Financial and Qiva, Inc., where I honed skills that continue to benefit my clients today. I was a Founding Partner at Empire Realty Associates. For more than two decades, I have thoroughly enjoyed working with Alain Pinel Realtors and now Compass, who acquired Alain Pinel in 2019, where I remain a top producer serving both Buyers and Sellers.

“Over the last 14 years, I have worked with Todd on three real estate transactions. I was very satisfied with the results and the experience for all three.

The first transaction was the purchase of short-sale property in Clayton. Months after submitting our offer and hearing nothing from the bank, they finally accepted our offer after some negotiations, but required a seven-day closing. Todd worked very closely with the escrow officer and was able to get it closed on time and we got a good deal on the property.
The second transaction was a sale of a parent’s home in Walnut Creek. The house needed some updating and Todd consulted on what would be worth the investment. Additionally, there was a previous kitchen remodel completed without permits. Todd quickly worked with the City of Walnut Creek to get the permits so the house could be sold.

The third and most recent transaction was a sale of the property in Clayton (the one we purchased as a short sale). Again, Todd was prepared with a strategy and project plan to market the property. The plan included updates to the house (lighting, paint, flooring, etc.) and holding open houses during the Art & Wine Festival. I was impressed with how Todd tried to get to know the prospective buyers and was able to give us a debrief after each open house.
